Scheduling & Session Availability

College essay coaching works best as a process, not a sprint. My packages are designed around a regular weekly coaching rhythm, with students writing, researching, and revising between sessions. Most students maintain one standing session each week. Additional sessions may sometimes be helpful during especially busy periods and can be scheduled as my calendar allows and within the scope of the student’s coaching package.

Priority Scheduling for Standout Scholar

 

Standout Scholar students receive priority access to available coaching appointments during high-demand application periods.​This means they are considered first when additional openings become available for deadline changes, heavier writing weeks, or unexpected application needs. Priority scheduling does not guarantee unlimited, same-day, or multiple weekly appointments.

Starting Later in the Application Season

​

​Students who begin coaching closer to their application deadlines may need a more accelerated writing plan. I will help create the strongest realistic timeline possible, but a late start does not guarantee multiple coaching sessions each week.​ An accelerated timeline also depends on the student completing assigned writing, research, and revision between sessions. Additional appointments cannot replace that independent work.​ Package enrollment reserves ongoing coaching support, not unlimited access to my calendar.
